58 people selected to travel by touringbus max 60 persons.  It shall be at the Park and Ride (near McDonalds) Oude Rhijnhofweg 24 - Oegstgeest at 10:00 and we depart at 10:15h to arrive in s'Hertogbosch at 12.

Lunch will be from 13h at the Golden Tulip Hotel Central, Burg. Loefplein 98 5211 RX 'S-Hertogenbosch.

For those travelling by car there is parking at the cellar of parking garage "De Tolbrug" can report directly via the intercom which is located at the entrance of the basement, this is the left part at the entrance of the parking garage. The receptionist will open the roller gate, after which you can draw a ticket at the barrier. You can then park at any free space in the closed parking garage. Do not leave the ticket you just received in the car, but take it with you to open the connecting door to Golden Tulip Hotel Central. At check-in you must exchange this ticket for an exit ticket for a reduced rate.  In case you nevertheless choose to park elsewhere and not in the closed parking cellar, you will unfortunately no longer be able to use the current discount. The normal rate of € 3.00 per hour then applies. You must pay these costs in cash or by debit card at the payment machine.

We have the following booked:

  • 14:15 and again at 15:15 from Voldersgat, hoek Zuidwal/Oude Dieze (28 people both trips)
  • 14:20 and 15:20 from Molenstraat, (14 people and 17 people)

The touringbus will depart at 16:30 to the hotel and arrive at

 the Best Western Wellness hotel Nobis around 17:30.  A fast check in is arranged.

Here we shall have a nice evening walk in dinner with options to sit and eat plus an area screened off for children to utilise if they wish.  

 

Sunday 25 June

The day starts with a breakfast buffet.

We shall depart on time to arrive at the opening times of the following choice of events.

The touring bus departs at 9:15 and firstly drops off those attending Beeksebergen and then those at Efteling.  Those in cars also need to be at the respective parks at the same time for group entry.

The Efteling is the largest theme park in the Netherlands and providing fun activities for all ages.

As we are entering as a group then the entry time is 10:30.

The Beekse Bergen is the Netherlands safari destination with more than 150 animal species.

We enter the park together around 9:45.  Alex will pick up the tickets from Guest Services and distribute them together with the car park exit passes for the four cars.

For those traveling by touring car a bus journey through the safari park is organised at 12:15 until 13:45.   The bus departs from the bus stop behind the Guest Services.

There is a Boat Safari of about 30 minutes included in the ticket with a ranger onboard who will talk about Rhinos, camels, ring tailed lamars etc.  You get on/off at two ends of the park.

Transport

The touringbus shall depart from Beeksebergen at 16:30 and arrive at Efteling about 17:00 to depart at 17:15 to the starting point
