Best in ESA EFC2 Domains 2022

So far 2024 has brought new challenges and events including the following:
- ESA are in the process of extending the EFC2 Frame contract until the end of 2026
- The staff complement at ESA is expanding and unfortunately for Aurora they have recruited quite a few of our employees which we are sad to say goodbye to.
- The total number of employees remains stable with 13 new staff and a further 7 in the pipeline, starting employment in 2024.
- More services are being introduced at ESTEC and we are playing our part in the process. This involves new collaborations with other companies so that the employees are looked after and can remain with their existing employer.
- Strengthened our IT Infrastructure Service with an additional experienced manager.
- Within the IT Infrastructure provided temporary transfer from Madrid to Noordwijk to improve team building.
- Boosted our administration team with an experienced administrator for our Permanent Establishment in Spain.
- Internal allocation of a new financial officer to bolster our strength after the significant growth over recent years.
- Organised in house trainings for Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills and also First help with injuries and fires.
