We needed to boost our HR team due to the large number of positions that Aurora is receiving from our client ESA and our success in winning a high proportion of these.   We are very pleased to welcome Ms. Tracey Longden in the role of Senior HR & Recruiter.

Tracey has more than 25 years professional experience in the Space industry, starting her career onsite at ESA/ESTEC and later working with diverse contracting companies supplying manpower to ESA.

 

I am delighted to be back in the Space industry! Looking forward to contributing to the progress of Aurora!

In her spare time Tracey likes travelling and after returning from a year ‘globetrotting’ she is ready to support Aurora in the important areas of Human Resources and Recruitment.

 

We are very pleased to continue our philosophy of both:

  • having recruiters experienced with our customer and able to provide a technical interview with all candidates
  • who are the first contact with applicants but importantly will continue to be their contact for HR when they are employed.

We find this an important approach that a good relationship is established from day one and maintained through the career.
